Role Overview

As a Mid-Market Sales Executive, you will join a high-performing global sales team reporting to the Regional Sales Director, with a mandate to win new customers across APAC. You will become a subject matter expert in the company’s product suite, deeply understanding how customers leverage these tools and what makes the organisation uniquely positioned to solve complex challenges in the digital asset space.

You will guide prospective customers through understanding how the platform protects them against sophisticated crypto-related financial crimes — in a scalable, efficient, and highly automated manner. Managing the full sales cycle from lead sourcing and qualification through to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close, you will drive profitable revenue growth and consistently exceed targets. Your primary focus will be Mid-Market businesses across the Crypto and Financial Services verticals, including regional banks, payments firms, and crypto-native companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage Enterprise prospective accounts across your assigned territory
  • Develop and execute scalable strategies for new account acquisition
  • Deliver tailored product presentations and demos that clearly articulate value and address prospect-specific challenges
  • Own all commercial discussions, including contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Attend client meetings and industry events as required, including travel across the region
  • Leverage sales technologies including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue quotas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share market insights and contribute to a sustainable, scalable growth strategy

Key Requirements

You will be a strong fit if you:

  • Already operate within the digital assets ecosystem or adjacent segments, with an established network in the crypto space
  • Possess strong knowledge of financial services, capital markets, and asset management sectors
  • Are a natural hunter — self-starting, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Have a genuine curiosity to learn independently and understand the “why” behind complex challenges
  • Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or equivalent frameworks in your deal management
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while contributing positively to team culture and cohesion
  • Bring solid understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise buying behaviour

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Crypto, FinTech, or SaaS sales in an outbound capacity
  • A demonstrated track record of hitting targets, building pipeline, and closing enterprise accounts through solution selling
  • Experience selling into the APAC market
  • A strong existing network of contacts operating in the digital assets space
  • Familiarity with extended sales cycles of 6–12 months, including RFI/RFP processes
  • Proven ability to sell to C-Suite stakeholders, with the network to facilitate warm introductions
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic — comfortable creating value in a loosely structured environment
  • Genuine passion for digital assets and the broader crypto economy

Bonus Points For:

  • Background in AML and/or compliance, with experience selling to Fintechs
  • Proficiency in any of the following languages: Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, or Tagalog
