Customer Success Manager – APAC

Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager for mid-market, you will manage a portfolio of medium accounts in the APAC region, partnering closely with the Revenue team to drive account growth, retention, and satisfaction. You’ll oversee onboarding, training, and support, helping customers achieve their objectives and maximise the value of blockchain analytics solutions while identifying and developing upsell opportunities. Your main goal will be to achieve net account retention NRR and expansion targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and ensure they achieve long-term value and adoption.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, collaborating with internal teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
  • Develop success plans focused on adoption, retention, advocacy, cross-sell and upsell.
  • Partner with Account Executives and lead the sales process for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Drive high retention and growth rates within your assigned accounts.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to inform product improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in Blockchain/Crypto, Compliance Technology, or Payments.
  • Strong record meeting upsell and retention targets across diverse APAC clients.
  • Ability to manage complex client issues and drive positive outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and collaborating across functions.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is an advantage.
  • Interest in digital assets and the crypto industry.
  • Willing to travel and work across time zones.
