Rockrose (Cistus) is a genus of fast-growing, evergreen flowering shrubs known for being hardy, drought-tolerant, deer-resistant, and capable of withstanding extreme heat.

When my co-founder and I first came across this name, we felt an instant connection, which led to naming our company Rockrose Executive Search.

Over the past 2 years, we have grown our Linkedin account to over 5,000 followers, and our Telegram channel to over 800 followers. We also have accounts on X and Substack, and we will be putting out more content there with the aim of providing insights and adding value in both short-form and long-form formats.

On the business side, we’ve partnered with close to 30 clients, carefully selecting those that align with our values and business strategy. We believe in working with companies that not only drive innovation but also offer meaningful career opportunities for our candidates.

In the coming year, we’ll continue dedicating our expertise to supporting you—our clients and candidates—in finding exceptional talent or excellent opportunities.

The figures we’ve achieved may be small compared to larger search firms with bigger teams, but we’re proud of how far we’ve come. We remain committed to our mission of adding value to our clients and candidates in the Emerging Tech, Fintech, and Web3 industries.
